At GeekBase Technology, we strive to provide an exceptional learning experience for all our students. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund for a course you've enrolled in. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Eligibility for refund

Technical issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course content or participating in learning activities, you may be eligible for a refund. Please reach out to our support team with details of the issue.

Unforeseen circumstances: In case of unforeseen circumstances such as medical or personal emergencies that prevent you from continuing, you may request a refund. We assess such requests on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility conditions (once platform access is provided to learners, the refund decision is entirely at the company's discretion):

• The refund request is submitted within 2 days of the course enrolment date.
• The learner has not accessed more than 5% of the course content.
• The course content has not been downloaded or shared.

Non-refundable items

• Promotional offers, discounts, or bundled packages.
• Courses purchased through third-party platforms or partners.

Refund process

• To request a refund, email our customer support team at info@geekbase.in within the specified refund period.
• Include the name of the course, date of enrolment, and reason for requesting a refund.
• Once received and reviewed, GeekBase Technology will process the refund within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

GeekBase Technology reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, for extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, at its discretion.
